Q: Is FinessedKickz.com a retail store?

A: FinessedKickz.com is a moms and pops online store, run from the homes of its founders in New York City. We currently do not have any retail stores.

Q: Are FinessedKickz.com Products Authentic?

A: All of our products are 100% authentic. We only sell Nike authorized authentic shoes, no variants or fakes.

Q: How does FinessedKickz.com Determine its shoe pricing?

A: We usually base our prices on our cost. However, with exclusive merchandise, we price based on demand and through comparison of other retailers.  We do not have a supplier so we do buy kickz at retail.

Q: How does FinessedKickz.com have such a collection of rare & exclusive shoes?

A: FinessedKickz.com is run by sneaker enthusiasts and collectors, so our people are always aware of the sneaker game. In addition to purchasing for our own personal collections, we purchase for the website. Being located in New York City, we have access to limited and exclusive sneakers. Thanx to our London Gurlz for keeping us up to date with Euro exclusives & to Orchard Street for supplying us with fly gear. Currently we do not have a steady supplier but are always looking for one who can supply us rare & unique authentic shoes.

Q: Does FinessedKickz.com sell in bulk prices?

A: Currently we do not offer this option as we do not have adequate stock of one product to satisfy a bulk order.

Q: Is my payment to FinessedKickz.com secure?

A: All of your credit card payments are done through Paypal, a 100% secured server. Paypal is an eBay company trusted world wide. FinessedKickz.com will never share any of your information, nor will we have access to your credit card information as Paypal protects this information on its secure servers.

Q: Are the sizes listed on FinessedKickz.com Men’s or Women’s sizes?

A: All sizes on FinessedKickz.com are in Men’s sizes unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our sizing chart should you have any questions regarding size conversions.

Q: What payment methods does FinessedKickz.com accept?

A: We accept credit cards through Paypal’s online secured server. As for non-online payments we accept cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers and cash. Please refer to our printable order form and Offline payments link for directions.

Q: Can holds be placed on merchandise?

A: Unfortunately, due to a high demand on products we honor customers on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: What if I want a size that is not currently in stock?

A: Simply use the contact us link and write us your request. We will try our hardest to fulfill your order.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to my job or another address?

A: Yes you can, please contact us via email with your confirmation number stating the specific details of the order. A representative may contact you for verification.

Q: How often do you get new merchandise?

A: FinessedKickz.com receives new merchandise periodically. Please check back at our site for new arrivals.

Q: How long will it take to get my shoes?

A: If you live the U.S. it will take 3-5 business days depending on the shipping service you choose. Please refer to our shipping chart for international orders.

Q: Can I advertise on your site?

A: As shoe enthusiasts we are always looking for sites offering customers exclusive kicks. Please contact us to do a banner swap, and after evaluation we will contact you. We will in no way promote the sales of fake or non-authentic items.

Q: How soon is my order processed?

A: Orders placed before 4 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time are shipped the following business day. Orders placed after Friday 5 P.M. are processed Monday morning.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.  With regular shipping, items are sent via USPS, please visit www.USPS.com and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field.  International orders will be informed of the carrier for the order and can check with the appropriate site.

Q: How can I cancel or modify my order?

A:  If for any reason you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at Order@FinessedKickz.com . We will cancel / change your order providing it has not already processed or shipped.
