If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any returns or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with original packaging and accompanied by our Return/Exchange form. (This form is sent with all orders along with the invoice.) Please make sure to include this form with your return as it may not be processed if we do not have all your information. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach FinessedKickz.com. We recommend that you insure your package and use a carrier where you can track your package.

For Exchanges: Please send back your item along with the Return/Exchange Form with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with.  If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order as soon as possible.  If the item is not available, we will credit your account and contact you via email.

 For Returns: Once the item is received and reviewed a refund will be processed (minus shipping fees) in the original form given. This will be processed in 3-5 business days.  You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from FinessedKickz.com
